In the ancient times, magic and science allied to fight the common enemy, religion, but now that the war is mostly over, old allies turn upon each other. A group of radicals gained control of society, science and industry, this group had a world view saying that the laws of nature could be known, but as always, it has come full circle, all disciplines who have undertaken to solve the mysteries have proven them unsolvable. Because of the power of the models, to describe reality on the level we perceive it, the absolutist model world view held by the oligarchs in society was heralded as true. It allowed for the creation of the Mechaneuroelectric hive society we experience, one might mistake its values for reality, until one sees the moral vacuum of society and the glaring assumptions that are the foundation of the classic model and its clinging remnants.
